Find Your Perfect Summer Starting Point!

Our Summer Success program is geared exclusively toward your unique needs. Take the guesswork out of it, and leave that part to us. Your first consultation is free, and you’ll have the chance to sit down and connect face-to-face with one of our certified nutrition coaches.

Summer is the perfect season to inspire personal growth. We often overlook the impact of personal development and mindset when starting anything new. If you’re telling yourself day in and day out that you hate cooking or exercise, after a while you'll believe it and be naturally inclined to avoid it. While that may ring true for you right now, I assure you that you can gradually develop a more positive outlook on them.

Let’s take exercise for example, if you are telling yourself “Exercise is way too hard,” you’re going to continue believing that it's true. However, you can break free from that mindset, trust me. You have the ability to reshape how you view things and excel at whatever you set your mind to, as long as your goals are realistic.

You see, most people believe you must spend hours in the gym or push yourself to exhaustion to achieve results. But, here’s the exciting truth; effective workouts can be completed in just 10 minutes! By setting realistic goals, you can make it easier for yourself to stay consistent and it won’t seem so overwhelming. Once you establish your rhythm, you can gradually build on your progress.

Many people come to us for the singular purpose of losing weight, and Simply for Life has helped over 500,000 people live happier healthier lives. No gimmicks, no quick fixes, just real, food freedom that’s easy to follow. Because we know that when you’re eating the food you enjoy, you’re more likely to see results. So instead of putting your focus on the number on the scale, focus on how you feel! So, here are some tips on where you could start:

  1. Write out your reason for wanting a lifestyle change.
  2. Set attainable goals. Promising yourself that you’ll be in the gym three hours a day, every day is not realistic or necessary. You could even start with an activity you enjoy!
  3. Do you value health? Write out your key values and where health falls on your value scale.
  4. Make yourself accountable. At Simply for Life, our coaches are your biggest support for accountability and motivation. They can help you with your shopping lists, and meal planning. They provide guidance and a strategy to form a plan for you.
  5. Eat real, WHOLE foods. Our meal plans are not boring and we have 1700+ recipes available that will make healthy eating fun! We encourage nourishing your body and eating foods that fill and satisfy you.
  6. Embrace your progress, and focus on what you are doing well instead of what hasn't been going to plan.

No one should have to do this alone or rely on generic information they find on the internet. After all, everyone is different and we all have unique nutritional needs. While we hope these tips help you on your journey toward a healthier lifestyle, we’re here to provide you with personalized planning, motivation and the accountability you’ll need to achieve your goals.
